Chairman of MAG USA and CEO of International Development for Manchester Airport Group (MAG)
Rosemarie S. Andolino serves as Chairman of MAG USA and CEO of International Development for Manchester Airport Group (MAG) overseeing the development of both MAG’s North American and global airport services business. Her focus is on delivering market leading commercial solutions that transform customer experiences in airports.
Ms. Andolino began her career with MAG USA in June of 2015 as the CEO and President to develop four business lines to the U.S. market; Escape Airport Lounges, All-Inclusive Parking Platforms, Online Travel Distribution and P3 Airport Terminal and Retail developments. Today Escape lounges are the preferred common use airport lounge in the US with six lounges currently operating and six more under construction. MAG USA is a division of the Manchester Airports Group (MAG), a global airport company that owns and operates 3 UK airports.
Prior to joining MAG, Ms. Andolino served as the Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA). As Commissioner, she oversaw the management and operation of one of the world’s busiest airport systems during a period of rapid expansion and redevelopment. She revived the organizations focus on customer service as well as led the $26m redevelopment of O’Hare’s International terminal, which drove record growth in retail and commercial revenues. Under her leadership, the CDA added 40 new major routes and 12 new international carriers.
Ms. Andolino also oversaw the $8 billion O’Hare Modernization Program (OMP), which reconfigured the airports complicated intersecting runways into a modern parallel system to improve efficiency and enhance the travelers experience. The OMP was the leading environmentally sustainable infrastructure program in world. It was implemented ahead of schedule, under budget and without disruption to one of the world’s busiest airfields.
In addition, Ms. Andolino sits on several boards and committees including the U.S. Department of Transportation National Advisory Committee on Travel and Tourism Infrastructure, The Illinois Sports Facilities Authority, PureCircle Limited and JDRF Illinois fundraising committee.
